Bedroom 1 (upstairs) is the master bedroom and has a double bed, dressing table with mirror, and 2 bedside tables. The spacious wardrobe in the bedroom conceals shelving and ample hanging space. There is an en-suite bathroom with w.c., sink, bath with shower screens and overhead shower, and bathroom cabinet. There is also a storage unit for towels etc.and a hairdryer and hot brush are provided.
This bedroom has 2 terraces leading from it with superb views. A table and chairs is provided on the terrace overlooking the pool.
Bedroom 2 (downstairs) has two single beds, a dressing table with mirror, and bedside table. This bedroom also has a safe within the spacious wardrobe which also comes complete with shelving. A separate doorway leads to a utility room which houses the washing machine, boiler and various household appliances.
Bedroom 3 (downstairs) also contains two single beds and bedside table. It also has a spacious wardrobe with shelving and cupboard unit.
The downstairs bathroom has a walk in shower, w/c and sink.
The villa has a separate kitchen, fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven/spit roaster, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster etc.
A welcome pack on arrival is included in the rental charge. Heaters and extra blankets are also supplied to provide all year round comfort. Ceiling fans are fitted in all three bedrooms as well as the living room. Air conditioning throughout is available as an optional extra at 50 euros per week, payable in the UK or on arrival.
A car is essential and rental company details can be provided if required.
A long driveway provides off road parking for 2 cars.
